Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe
This recipe is so easy and perfect to keep in the fridge for an easy grab and go breakfast.
Only a few ingredients mixed together, and you’re ready to eat.
Combine:
1/4 cup raw chia seeds
2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 packet of stevia
Put in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Stir, serve, top with fruit and cinnamon!
This will last you about 5 days.
